Hannah, Alexa, and I went into our short reunion not planning on going to Disneyland as we were just there six months ago. However, we were only fooling ourselves because of course we were going to go to Disney together. Disney is our friendship origin story, and it holds a special place in each of our hearts.

En route to Disneyland, we stopped to grab breakfast at Black Bear Diner. I ordered the Breakfast Burrito which I have been dreaming about since my last visit a few years ago. While my burrito was good, it was not quite as good as I remembered it.

As this was not our first rodeo, we had a very casual, local like day at Disneyland Park. We spent our time going on rides, shopping, pin trading, and eating. We went on Matterhorn Bobsleds, Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, "it's a small world", Haunted Mansion, Storybook Land Boats, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and Jungle Cruise. This was my first time going on Matterhorn Bobsleds and I felt very brave for that. While shopping I got the following goodies: a necklace that I had been waiting for months to be restocked, a new pair of ears to match my outfit (duh), pins, a sweatshirt, and some chocolate coins. Throughout my day I ate a Mickey ice cream bar that I ordered from a cart stand, Mickey-shaped beignets ordered from Mint Julep Bar, and the Smoked Barbecue Combo Platter from Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree. We also visited Oga's Cantina where we had out of this world libations. We ended our day by watching the nighttime show, Fantasmic!. This was another first for me and I loved the show!

All in all, the Disney girls had a magical day filled with whimsy and memories that will last a lifetime. Tomorrow will be Alexa and I's last day of the trip and we were sure to make it an extra special one with lots of good sips.
