Today we docked at Harvest Caye, Belize, a private island owned by NCL.

My family and I ate a quick breakfast where I had peanut butter toast, hard boiled eggs, watermelon, grapefruit, and peaches. After breakfast, my mom, sister, and I ventured off to the island.

We headed straight to the beach where we found some lounge chairs under an umbrella. This beach was not as pretty as Cozumel, and the sand was rough and rocky. We opted to lounging and reading but did not stay long as the weather started to turn and the winds increased. We packed up our belongings and headed to the shopping area. We shopped around then headed to the pool area as the weather had calmed. We spent our remaining time swimming in the large pool, having a bite to eat and a drink at the swim up bar, and lounging poolside. After a day of sun and swim, we headed back to the boat.

On the boat we had our afternoon snack before heading back to our rooms to freshen up for dinner. I had a hot dog, wrap, and cantaloupe for my afternoon snack. It was the perfect snack to get me through until dinner.

We went back to the Venetian dining room for dinner. I ordered the Asian noodle salad (grilled chicken, shrimp, scallions, carrots, peanuts, Thai dressing), lemon-pepper shrimp (saffron orzo, arugula, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms), and cannoli (ricotta cheese filling, chocolate chip, custard sauce). My sister ordered the Shanghai pork pot stickers (radishes, carrots, cucumbers, tangerine dressing), Asian-style market fish (spicy Sichuan sauce, stir-fry vegetables, jasmine rice), and lemon and raspberry sherbet. My mom ordered the pasta e fagioli (cannellini bean soup with bacon and pasta), chicken cordon bleu (chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese, Dijon parmesan cheese sauce, German potato salad, assorted vegetables), and raspberry sherbet. My dad ordered the Shanghai pork pot stickers, Montreal spice rubbed brisket (French fries, horseradish jus), and cannoli.

After dinner we went to The Perfect Couple Game Show, The Broadway Cabaret, and ABBA and Bee Gees Party. The Perfect Couple Game Show was a crazy comedy couple game show. The Broadway Cabaret was dynamic performances by the Production Vocalists who presented an exhilarating blend of contemporary and classic Broadway hits. The electrifying magic of Broadway came alive with dynamic rock anthems of Jesus Christ Superstar, unforgettable beats from Hamilton, and uplifting grooves from Hair. At the ABBA and Bee Gees Party we danced to favorite disco hits such as Dancing Queen, Stayin' Alive, and Super Trooper.

After another amazing day we were ready to hit the hay as we would be docking in Roatan, Honduras come morning.
